3. Carrying out a payment operation for goods/ services by bank card on the Internet.

3.1. The cardholder accesses the Online Store's website and forms an order for payment for goods/services, confirms the terms of the order (names of goods, delivery method, choice of payment method, amount of payments) and selects a bank card as the means of payment.

3.2. Payment transactions for goods/services using bank cards on the Internet are carried out using 3DSecure technologies.

3.3. The online store processes the order and creates a request to the SPEP for registration of the Cardholder's order.In the Online Store's request, it transmits a set of order data-the order description, amount, return addresses-to which the Cardholder must be returned in case of successful and unsuccessful payment, etc.In case of successful order registration, the SPEP returns the unique order number to the Online Store.

3.4. The Online Store redirects the Cardholder to the SPEP payment page, which displays the payment parameters, and it is also assumed that the card details will be entered.The cardholder selects the type of card with which he will pay and enters his card information, and confirms his agreement to pay for the order by entering a special password. The special password is a numeric/alphanumeric sequence that uniquely identifies the customer as the Cardholder.The verification of the special password is provided by the issuing bank.

3.5. The Service Provider verifies the correctness of the format of the entered card parameters and performs additional authentication procedures for the Cardholder in accordance with 93DSecure international standards) and transmits the request for authorization of the operation to the bank.

3.6. The Bank verifies the right of the Online Store to conduct the transaction in accordance with the registration and carries out the authorization of transactions in accordance with the procedure established by the relevant international payment systems.

3.7. Upon receiving a negative authorization response, the Bank sends a notification of refusal to the SPEP, which, in turn, transmits information to the Online Store and the Cardholder, indicating the reasons for the refusal.

3.9. After receiving confirmation of a positive authorization result, the Online store provides a service (performs work, releases goods)To the cardholder.

3.10. The processing of successfully authorized transactions is carried out automatically no later than the next business day after the day of the transaction.


4. Cancellation of the payment operation for goods/ services on the Internet.

4.1. If, after carrying out the payment operation for goods/ services using the card on the Internet, it became necessary to cancel it (the Cardholder refused the order, etc.), the Online store may cancel the operation. The cancellation of the transaction is carried out before the Bank carries out the closing procedure of the day (before 23:59 Moscow time on the day of the transaction) in accordance with the "Guidelines for the use of the hardware and software complex of electronic commerce".

4.2. In order to cancel an operation after the Bank has completed the closing procedure, it is necessary to fill out an "application for cancellation of the operation" in the form of Appendix No. 5 to this Agreement and submit it to the Bank.


5. The operation of returning goods (refusing services) paid for by card on the Internet.

5.1. If the Cardholder returns the product. The company checks the availability of this order in its database and issues an Application for a refund (Appendix 4. to this Agreement) and submits it to the Bank. The application must be signed by the persons authorized to sign in accordance with the card with samples of signatures and seal impression, and sealed with the seal of the Company.The Bank makes a refund for transactions (refund of purchase) to the card used to pay for the product/service.
