Terms of service (offer)
Article 1. Definitions
In this Public Offer for the sale of tickets to cultural and entertainment events (hereinafter referred to as the "Offer"), the following terms and definitions are used equally in the singular and plural, with the following meanings:
1. "Offer" is a real Public Offer for the sale of tickets for cultural and entertainment events, published by e–mail on the Internet https://emirate-tickets.com / and/or available at the Customer's request at ticket sales points;
2. "Principal" is a legal entity that instructs the Agent, on behalf of the Principal and at his expense, to provide services for the distribution (among the Agent's existing subagents) and booking, registration and sale (directly to Buyers) of Tickets for Events, unless otherwise expressly provided by the provisions of this Offer;
3. "Agent" - authorized on the basis of Contracts concluded with the Principals to provide services for the distribution, booking, registration and sale of Tickets for various Events;
4. "Buyer" means an individual or legal entity (persons) to whom the Agent provides services for booking, issuing and selling Tickets (Electronic Tickets) for Events on the terms established by this Offer.;
5. "Event" means a cultural and entertainment event, including a theatrical performance, circus performance, concert in a hall, club or outdoor area, exhibition, film screening, festival, show, fashion show, sports competition, excursion, as well as any other event that can only be attended upon presentation of a special document – Tickets;
6. "Ticket" is a document issued on a strict reporting form certifying the Buyer's right to attend the Event and containing all necessary information about the Event, the place allocated to the Buyer at the Event (sector, row, etc.), the organizer of the Event and the cost of services.;
7. "Nominal cost of the ticket (E-ticket)" - the cost of attending the Event, set by the Principal for all third parties, is indicated on the ticket form;
8. Sistema is an automated information system https://emirate-tickets.com (a software and hardware complex) designed for booking, processing and selling Tickets (E-tickets) and consisting of a publicly accessible web interface and an in-office business process automation system;
9. "Point of Sale" is a Ticket sales office owned by an Agent, as well as his agents (subagents);
10. "Service fee" means the money charged to the Buyer when selling a Ticket (Electronic Ticket) from the Agent's System for the information support services provided by the Agent to the Buyer through the website, as well as through other communication channels, booking, registration and sale of Tickets. The amount of the Service Fee for each Ticket is the difference of the amount from the Nominal Value of the ticket, unless otherwise specified by agreement between the Agent and the Principal.;
11. "Order" - one or more Tickets for one Event selected by the Buyer (for the Buyer) from the System and combined in the System by a single identification number;
12. "Reservation" - a completed Order that is in the waiting mode for payment by the Buyer;
13. "Reservation Validity period" is a period of time that includes the day the Order was placed in the System and the following day (unless otherwise provided by additional information on the website). The Tickets included in the Order are not available for use by other persons except the Buyer of this Order during the entire Period of validity of the reservation.
14. "Cancellation" - the removal of Tickets from the Order with their automatic transfer to the free sale in the System. If the Order is not paid for, it will be canceled automatically 48 hours after the order is placed (unless otherwise provided by additional information on the website).
15. "Electronic ticket" is an electronic document generated through an automated system (software and hardware complex) certifying the Buyer's right to attend the Event and containing all necessary information about the Event, the place allocated to the Buyer at the Event (sector, row, etc., as well as certifying the right of passage to the Event) and the cost of services.
Article 2. General provisions
2.1. This Offer regulates the conditions and procedure for the sale of Tickets (E-tickets) and the obligations arising from this between the Agent and the Buyer.
2.2. Sale of Tickets (Electronic tickets) Payment is made to the Buyer solely on the terms of this Offer and only in case of its full and unconditional acceptance. Partial acceptance, as well as acceptance on other terms, is not allowed. The Buyer's use of the Agent's services on the terms proposed in this Offer indicates the conclusion of a service agreement between them through the commission of specific actions.
2.3. In order to cooperate with the Agent as a subagent, legal entities must conclude a corresponding written agreement with the Agent. The rules of this Offer apply to such contracts, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the relevant contract between the Agent and the subagent.
2.4. In order to purchase Tickets (E-tickets) from an Agent, legal entities pay for them based on an invoice issued by the Agent. In this case, the Rules of this Offer apply, unless otherwise expressly stipulated in the relevant agreement between the Agent and the legal entity.
2.5. The Agent has the right to make changes to this Offer at any time, but in any case such changes will be published and made publicly available via an e-mail address on the Internet. https://emirate-tickets.com / and/or at Points of Sale. The use of the Agent's services by the Buyer after making changes to the text of this Offer means acceptance of the Offer, taking into account the changes made.
2.6. The terms of this Offer are valid both for Buyers who make payments through the website https://emirate-tickets.com /, and at Points of Sale, and do not depend on the form of payment.
2.7. The Buyer accepts and agrees that he is not entitled to resell the Ticket (E-ticket), as well as to photocopy the Ticket (E-ticket) and (or) transfer it to a third party, as well as to use the Ticket (E-ticket) for the purpose of advertising his goods (works, services), as well as goods (works, services) of a third party.
2.8 By agreeing to the terms of this Offer, the Buyer agrees that he will receive newsletters from the Agent, the content of which does not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation. Article 3. The subject of the offer
3.1. The subject of this Offer is the provision to the Buyer of services for booking, registration, sale and delivery (the latter for an additional fee charged except for the Service Fee) of Event Tickets, in accordance with the procedure and on the terms provided for in this Offer (hereinafter referred to as the Services).
3.2. The Agent is responsible for the quality of the Services provided to the Buyer.
3.3. The Agent is not responsible for the actions of the Principal and (or) other persons acting on his behalf and on his behalf, or on his behalf, but on behalf of the Principal, including in connection with the sale of Tickets (Electronic Tickets) by such persons, as well as for the organization, the very fact and content of the Event.
3.4. In accordance with the provisions of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of July 27, 2006 "On Personal Data", the Buyer acknowledges and agrees to provide the Agent with his personal data, as well as the personal data of third parties indicated by the Buyer, which were received by the Agent during the Ticket (Order) process, namely: last name, first name, patronymic, gender, contact phone number, city, delivery address (if Ticket delivery services are provided) and email address. The processing of the Buyer's personal data is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Buyer grants the Agent the right to process his personal data in connection with the provision of Services to the Buyer stipulated by this Offer, including for the purpose of receiving advertising messages from the Buyer about Events for which tickets are sold by the Agent. Due to the fact that the processing of the Buyer's personal data is carried out in connection with the execution of the contract concluded under the terms of this Offer, the Buyer's consent to the processing of his personal data is not required. The period of use of the provided personal data is indefinite.
Article 4. Acceptance of the offer
4.1. The Buyer accepts the provisions of this Offer by performing the actions specified in the relevant subparagraph of paragraph 4.3. of this Offer (acceptance of the Offer). The Buyer's acceptance of this Offer is made voluntarily and in full.
4.2. Before accepting the Offer, the Buyer must be sure that all the terms of this Offer are clear to him and he accepts them unconditionally and in full.
4.3. Acceptance of this Offer by the Buyer is carried out equally in case of purchase of a Ticket (Electronic Ticket) via the Internet, by telephone or at the Point of Sale by performing the following actions: the choice of the Event, the category of the Ticket (E-ticket), the Order, the payment of the Order in full.
4.4. Performing all the actions specified in clause 4.3. of this Offer means that the Buyer fully and unconditionally accepts all the terms of the Offer without any exceptions and/or restrictions and is equivalent to concluding a written agreement (Clause 3, art. 434 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
Article 5. Execution and purchase of an order
5.1. Ways to order Tickets (Electronic tickets)
The buyer can order tickets:
5.1.1. In the Ticket Ordering and Delivery Service by phone.

5.2. Ways to receive orders
The Buyer can receive the order:
5.2.1. Booked and unpaid orders are available at the Agent's points of sale.
5.2.2. Pre-paid orders - Tickets are issued only to the owner of the bank card. To receive tickets, you must have a Russian passport. If another person receives the order, it is necessary to present a notarized power of attorney and passport.
5.2.3. With courier delivery: Tickets are delivered 5 days a week in Krasnodar (from 10:00 to 19:00). Delivery is not carried out on holidays and weekends. Detailed information is available on the "How to buy a ticket" page. Orders placed with courier delivery can be paid in cash or by credit card (by paying online in advance). Delivery of Tickets with payment by bank card is possible only if the bearer of the card is its owner.
5.2.4. In case of changes at the time of delivery, the buyer should contact the department of orders and delivery by phone 8 (800) 550-13-76.
5.3. Cost of services
5.3.1. The service fee is the difference of the amount from the Nominal value of the Ticket (E-ticket).
5.3.2. The cost of courier delivery is free in the city of the event.Delivery to other cities is paid by the customer according to the tariffs (see www.cdek.ru ). The cost of delivery does not depend on the number of Tickets in the order.
5.4. Payment procedure
5.4.1. The Buyer has the right to make payment for Tickets (E-tickets) using any of the methods offered by the Agent, information about which is available on the Agent's website under the heading "How to buy a ticket".
5.4.2. The payment is recognized as completed by the Buyer at the time of receipt of funds to the Agent's current account or to his cash desk, or to the cash desk of his official representatives (including subagents).
5.4.3. In case of making a payment using a bank card, the Buyer is obliged to use a bank card issued in the appropriate name of the Buyer. At the same time, the Agent has the right to demand that the Buyer provide the original identity documents of the Buyer. The payment will not be accepted, and the Order will be cancelled if the Buyer violates the terms of payment established by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
5.4.4. Subject to all the conditions of this Offer and after payment, the Order is considered sold and the Buyer has the right to attend the Event on the terms specified in the Ticket (Electronic Ticket).
5.4.5. In case of non-payment or only partial payment during the Booking Period, the Order is considered unsold and cancelled.
5.5. Payment methods. Conditions for receiving the order.
The buyer can pay for the order using the following payment forms:
5.5.1. Cash payment
When placing an order by phone. the operator tells the Customer the order number, and also, at the request of the Buyer, as well as with the permission of the mobile operator to send SMS messages, an SMS message with information about the order will be sent to him (the order number for purchase or receipt at the checkout). The order form can be viewed on the website in the "My orders" section. Upon receipt of tickets, the customer's full name and order number should be given to the cashier /courier.
5.5.2. Non-cash payment.
When receiving tickets, you must present your passport (for foreign citizens - a foreign passport, for stateless persons - a residence permit) and specify the order number. These security measures have been taken to prevent possible fraudulent transactions.

5.6. Order validity period
5.6.1. For cash payments - up to 48 hours. The order can be cancelled by the website administration without giving any reason.
5.6.2. For non-cash payments - up to 5 banking days. The Operator sets the payment terms for the Buyer. After payment, the validity period of the order is extended until the date of the event. If payment is not received within the prescribed period, the order will be cancelled.
5.6.3. When paying via the Internet with payment cards (electronic cash) - before the date of the event. Online ticket booking is terminated 3 days before the start of the event. If the event is less than 3 days away, the Buyer can order tickets by calling 8 (800)550-13-76 or purchase them at the box office after checking availability on the website. https://emirate-tickets.com By phone (861) 290-09-68, orders are placed no later than one day before the start of the event.
5.7. Refusal to receive tickets
The buyer can cancel the tickets ordered but not yet received.:
5.7.1. When paying in cash - at any time during the validity period of the order. In this case, the Buyer can cancel the order himself (for orders placed online) or call 8 (800) 550-13-76.
5.7.2. When paying by wire transfer (including by payment card or electronic cash):
A) When ordering up to 10 tickets (inclusive), cancellation is possible no later than 10 days before the start of the event (the date of the event is not taken into account);
B) If you order more than 10 tickets, you can refuse to receive tickets no later than 30 days before the start of the event (the date of the event is not taken into account).
If the Buyer does not receive the paid tickets (for reasons beyond the control of the Agent) before the start of the event, the tickets are printed by the Agent, the order is considered redeemed and the Agent's services are considered completed in full. At the same time, the funds paid by the Buyer for the Agent's services and tickets are non-refundable.
5.8. Special conditions for booking tickets
5.8.1. The maximum number of tickets placed in one order cannot exceed 10!
5.9. Sending SMS notification from the website https://emirate-tickets.com with the order number
5.9.1. When ordering tickets, the viewer has the opportunity to send a request for an SMS notification with the order number. Sending SMS notifications is free of charge.
5.9.2. SMS notification is sent only with the permission of mobile operators to send SMS messages by the Agent.
5.9.3. Sending SMS notifications is set by default. In order for the buyer to reject the SMS notification, it is necessary to remove the check mark in the appropriate field.
5.9.4. Information Processing Agreement. If the buyer does not give the appropriate consent to the processing, including collection, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), sorting, use, depersonalization of personal data and information about purchases in the electronic information database of personal data, blocking, destruction of personal data received in connection with the user's registration on the site https://emirate-tickets.com , sms notification is not carried out.
Article 6. Refund of funds for the ticket
Resolution No. 1491 of September 18, 2020
The refund percentage is regulated by the Law on Culture and depends on the number of days remaining before the event. The viewer can get back:
- 100% of the ticket price, delivered no later than 10 days in advance;
- 50% – no later than five days in advance;
- 30% – no later than three days in advance.
Information about the cancellation or postponement of the event is posted on the website emirate-tickets.com as soon as information is received from the organizers, but in any case, it will be posted no later than 14 calendar days from the date of cancellation of the high alert regime in the region.
If the date of the event is postponed, all tickets remain valid – you can attend the postponed event on a new date without replacing the ticket. New dates for all postponed events will be determined no later than 6 months from the date of lifting the high–alert regime in the region - follow the information on our website in the "News" section - "Schedule changes". There is no refund for tickets for postponed events.
Refunds for electronic tickets for the cancelled event will be made no later than 180 calendar days from the date of the client's request from the moment the alert mode is lifted.
Refund of funds for tickets on the form (purchased at the box office) The cancelled event will be cancelled no later than 180 days from the date of the client's request, but not earlier than the date of cancellation of the high-alert regime in the region.

Please note that all requests for events canceled or postponed due to the introduction of a high-alert regime will be considered after the lifting of this regime in accordance with the rules established in Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 830 dated June 6, 2020, regardless of the date of their receipt.
6.1. The nominal price of the Ticket (E-Ticket) to the Buyer is refunded only in case of cancellation, replacement or postponement of the Event.
In cases where the buyer has paid for the PRE-SALE tickets and has not received the tickets, he has the right to make a refund. In this case, the agent is obliged to reimburse the FULL cost, with the exception of 10% of the commission withheld by the bank for acquiring. The money is credited to the card from which the payment was completed within 3-5 days, except in cases stipulated by the rules of some banks for up to 30 days.
6.2. The Service Fee will not be refunded by the Agent, nor will the cost of Ticket delivery be refunded if the delivery service was additionally ordered by the Buyer. The cost of the Service Fee is non-refundable due to the Agent's proper fulfillment of its obligations and termination of the Service Agreement.
6.3. The refund of funds deposited by the Buyer as payment for the Nominal Ticket Price, due to the fact that the Agent acts on behalf of and at the expense of the Principal when selling Tickets for Events, is carried out by the Principal independently or by a person designated by him, on the terms established by this article.
6.4. Upon request of the Buyer, the Agent undertakes to provide him with information about the person responsible for the refund of the Nominal Ticket Price. If the Agent does not know the specified person, he undertakes, at the request of the Buyer, to send the relevant request to the Principal with a request to specify the person responsible for the refund of the Nominal Ticket Price. Within a reasonable period of time after receiving the response from the Principal, but in any case no later than 10 (ten) business days from that date, the Agent must provide a copy of the Principal's response to the Buyer. The provisions of this paragraph do not affect the Buyer's right to independently contact the Principal for clarification.
6.5. If the Agent is the person responsible for refunding the Nominal Price of the Ticket (E-Ticket), the refund of the specified amount of funds is carried out only if the following conditions are met at the same time:
a) The Agent has received an official letter from the Principal or another person who is the organizer of the Event, about the replacement, postponement or cancellation of the Event;
b) only Tickets purchased at the Agent's points of sale or at the ticket offices indicated in the official letter of the Principal are accepted for refund.;
c) The Buyer is obliged to return the purchased Ticket to the Agent, as well as a receipt or receipt confirming the payment.
Under the conditions established by this paragraph, the Agent does not refund the Nominal Ticket Price also in cases of loss, damage to the Ticket, as well as in cases of corrections, additional information to the Ticket, or in cases of concealment of information applied to the Ticket.d) The refund of the Nominal Ticket Price (E-ticket) is carried out within the period specified in the official letter of the Principal who is the organizer of the Event. After the specified period expires, the Nominal price of the Ticket (E-Ticket) will not be refunded by the Agent.
The nominal price of the Ticket (E-ticket) under the terms of this clause is refunded at the Agent's central office (35 Dolgaya str., Krasnodar) on business days: from Monday to Friday from 10:00 to 18:00, at the request of the Buyer only upon presentation of an identity document. The Buyer agrees to the mandatory presentation of an identity document to the Agent in order to complete the necessary accounting documents when making a refund.6.6. If the funds for payment of the Nominal Price of the Ticket (Electronic Ticket) were deposited by the Buyer by wire transfer, then, subject to the conditions set out in clause 6.5. of this Offer, such funds are subject to refund only to the bank account specified by the Buyer in the relevant written application within 10 (ten) banking days from the date the Agent receives such an application (unless other deadlines are set by the Event Organizer), but not earlier than the date of receipt of the letter specified in subparagraph "a" of paragraph 6.5. of this Offer.
6.7. The Buyer confirms and agrees that the procedure and grounds for refunding the Nominal Price of the Ticket (E-Ticket), as well as the person responsible for making such a refund, have been fully communicated to him, are known to him and are understandable.
6.8. If the Buyer refuses to receive the tickets paid but not received (if he refuses to receive the tickets within the time limits set by this offer), only the cost of the tickets is subject to refund. The cost of the distribution service is non-refundable. If the payment was made by a payment card or electronic cash, an amount equivalent to the bank's commission deducted from the Agent for conducting transactions on this order is deducted from the funds to be transferred to the Buyer. Refund of money to the Buyer is carried out on the basis of the relevant application.
6.9. In case of cancellation/ replacement / postponement of the event, if the Buyer does not agree to the replacement, the cost of tickets minus the cost of the distribution service is subject to refund. Refund of money to the Buyer is carried out on the basis of the relevant application.
6.10. The cost of the rendered delivery services is non-refundable (including in case of cancellation of tickets at the time of their delivery).
Article 7. ELECTRONIC TICKET
7.1. The terms of this offer apply to the purchase of Electronic Tickets, with the exception of the specially agreed rules.
7.2. The Buyer accepts and agrees that an E-Ticket can only be purchased for Events separately indicated by the Agent on the Agent's website. The Buyer does not have the right to request an Electronic Ticket for Events not specified by the Agent. Only an individual can be a buyer of an Electronic Ticket.
7.3. The Buyer accepts and agrees that he is fully responsible for providing a false or invalid e-mail address. The Buyer must make sure that the Agent's e-mail is included in the "white list" of his e-mail address, that it is possible to receive letters (the service is working, the e-mail address is empty, etc.), as well as that the communication channels are working. The Agent is not responsible for the actions (inaction) of persons providing services to the Buyer for the provision of an e-mail address, communication services, for the quality of such services, as well as for the operability of such services (services).
7.4. An electronic ticket is a digital record in the System certifying the right of the ticket holder to attend a certain entertainment event of a certain entertainment institution in a certain place at a certain time. The material carrier of an Electronic Ticket is an electronic ticket form, which the Buyer prints out independently. When attending an Event, Electronic and paper Tickets are equivalent and provide Customers with the same rights to attend Events.
7.5. To purchase an Electronic Ticket, the Buyer must register on the Agent's website. https://emirate-tickets.com / select a specific Event and E-Ticket category from the Events and E-Ticket categories available at the time of the Buyer's request. In this case, the Buyer is obliged to inform the Agent of his date of birth and (or) the date of birth of the person to whom the Electronic Ticket is being purchased and who intends to attend the Event, his last name, first name, patronymic (if applicable), passport data (details of another identity document), address of residence, contact phone number, as well as electronic mailing address.
7.6. After selecting the E-Ticket category, the Buyer independently selects the method of payment for the E-Ticket and the Service Fee by cashless payment from among those specified in Article 5.5.2. this offer. At the same time, the Buyer confirms and agrees that he is obliged to familiarize himself with the rules of payment in one way or another.
7.7. After full payment of the E-ticket price, the Buyer prints the E-ticket himself, access to which is provided in his personal account on the website. https://emirate-tickets.com , and is also sent to the Buyer's email address, which was specified during registration.
7.8. When issuing an Electronic Ticket, the Buyer must fully verify all information on the Electronic Ticket that is essential to the Service Agreement in connection with the Event. The Buyer acknowledges that he has no complaints against the Agent and his staff for an incorrectly issued Electronic Ticket, as he did not verify its correctness during the registration process.
7.9. An Electronic Ticket cannot be issued to the Buyer until it is fully paid, as well as until the Service Fee is fully paid. The Buyer is recognized as having duly fulfilled the obligations to pay the funds stipulated by the Contract at the time they are credited to the Agent's bank account.
7.10. The Buyer is obliged to print the Electronic Ticket independently and at his own expense. When printing an Electronic Ticket, the Buyer must ensure that the Electronic Ticket is printed properly. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of the obligation established by this clause, the Buyer is fully responsible for such actions (omissions), including in case of refusal by the Principal./The organizer of the Event at the entrance to the Event. The Agent is not responsible for any losses incurred by the Buyer in case of violation of the terms of this clause, due to the fact that the Agent is not a party to the contract for the provision of services related to the Event.
7.11. When entering the Event, the Buyer must have with him and the Principal's employees have the right to demand from the Buyer: a printed Electronic Ticket, an identity card; a payment card used to pay for the electronic ticket, a mobile phone with the number indicated when purchasing the electronic ticket. These security measures have been taken to prevent possible fraudulent transactions with payment cards and Electronic tickets.
7.12. The Buyer is solely responsible for the safety and protection of the Electronic Ticket from copying. If an Electronic Ticket is copied, access to the Event will be opened using the ticket that was presented first.
7.13. The Services are considered to have been provided by the Agent properly and in full after being sent to the Buyer at the e-mail address specified by him during registration, or after providing access to the Electronic ticket form in his personal account.
7.14. Refund of funds by E-ticket is possible only in case of cancellation, replacement or postponement of the Event.
7.15. In case of cancellation, replacement or postponement of the Event, funds may be returned to the Buyer only on the basis of his application submitted to the Agent in simple written form with the obligatory attachment of an Electronic Ticket printout within 10 (ten) business days from the date of submission of such application, unless other deadlines are set by the Event Organizer. The specified application is submitted by the Buyer personally or by a person acting on the basis of a power of attorney to the Agent's Cash Desk at the address indicated on the Agent's Website, with presentation of an identity document.
Article 8. Rights and obligations of the parties
8.1. The Buyer has the right to:
8.1.1. Independently make inquiries from open sources about the cost of Tickets (E-tickets) for Events and the amount of the Service Fee from other official ticket operators and make a decision to purchase Tickets (E-tickets) from the Agent by fully and unconditionally accepting the terms of this Offer.
8.1.2. In this case, the Agent has the right to refuse the Buyer to book Tickets (Electronic tickets) without explanation.
8.1.3. Choose the payment method for the Ticket (E-ticket) from those offered by the Agent on the website https://emirate-tickets.com . In this case, the Buyer is obliged to familiarize himself with the rules for using one or another payment method.
8.1.4. Send feedback about the Agent's work to the Agent's contacts.
8.2. The Buyer is obliged to:
8.2.1. Read in detail all the terms of this Offer and accept them when making a purchase of a Ticket (Electronic Ticket), as well as all additional rules governing the relations of the Parties under this Offer.
8.2.2. When placing an Order, provide the necessary correct, accurate and complete information about the Buyer. The buyer is responsible for minor children, in whose interests he purchases Tickets (Electronic Tickets). The buyer is obliged to familiarize himself with the restrictions of a particular Event regarding the admission of minor children to it. The Buyer is fully responsible for such persons and agrees that a minor child, as well as the Buyer himself, may be denied access to the Event (purchase of a Ticket (Electronic Ticket)) in case of violation of the established age restrictions.
8.2.3. The Buyer acknowledges that he is solely responsible for the information provided to the Agent (his employees). The Buyer acknowledges that he has no claims against the Agent and his staff for incorrectly placing an Order on his own, as he did not verify its correctness during the execution of the order. The Agent is not responsible for the inability to provide Services and sell Tickets (E-tickets) on terms other than those set out in this Offer.
8.2.4. Pay the full cost of the Agent's Services.

8.3. The Agent has the right to:
8.3.1. Require the Buyer to comply with all procedures for processing and paying for the Order according to the rules set out in this Offer.

8.4. The Agent is obliged to:
8.4.1. Provide the Buyer with the necessary information about a specific Event.

8.4.3. Not to use the Buyer's personal data for unauthorized distribution of promotional materials.
Article 9. Responsibility
9.1. The Agent is not responsible for the postponement, replacement or cancellation of the Event. The Agent is not an obligated person, nor is he a party to a transaction concluded between the Principal and the Buyer in connection with the latter's purchase of a Ticket (Electronic Ticket).
9.2. In case of non-fulfillment or improper fulfillment of their obligations under the Offer, the Parties are responsible in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation and the terms of this Offer. The Agent's responsibility in the process of providing Services to the Buyer is limited to the function of organizing and implementing interaction between the Principal and the Buyer in order to sell a Ticket (Electronic Ticket), i.e. Services provided directly by the Agent.
9.3. The Agent is not responsible for the discrepancy between the services provided by the Principal and the expectations of the Buyer and / or his subjective assessment. The advice and recommendations provided to the Buyer cannot be considered as guarantees.
9.4. The Buyer assumes all possible commercial risks associated with his actions to make errors and inaccuracies in the data provided by him.
9.5. The Agent is not responsible for any losses and moral damage incurred by the Buyer as a result of a mistaken understanding or misunderstanding of information about the Order processing / payment procedure, as well as the receipt and use of Services.
9.6. The Parties are released from liability for full or partial non-fulfillment of their obligations under the Offer, if such non-fulfillment was the result of force majeure circumstances, that is, extraordinary and unavoidable circumstances under these conditions. Force majeure circumstances, in particular, include: natural disasters, military actions, strikes, actions and decisions of state authorities, disruptions occurring in telecommunications and energy networks.
Article 10. Limitation of liability
10.1. Article 11. Dispute resolution
11.1. Disputes arising during the performance of the contract under the terms of this Offer are resolved in compliance with the claims procedure. The claim is submitted to the Agent in writing, accompanied by documents substantiating the claims, within no more than 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of occurrence of the cause of the dispute. The received claim is reviewed by the Agent within no more than 10 (ten) calendar days.
11.2 If it is impossible to reach an agreement, the disputes that have arisen are subject to judicial review in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation.
11.3. In all other matters not provided for in the Offer, the Parties are guided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.
Article 12. Modification and termination of the offer
12.1. This Offer comes into force from the date of its posting on the Agent's website and is valid indefinitely. The provisions of this clause also apply to additions (amendments) to this Offer.
12.2. The Buyer has the right to refuse the Agent's Services, and such refusal will entail the termination of all Agent's duties to him.
